Complaining service of Petsmore
From last 2 weeks, we are just planing to give our blachie a full grooming and i called up to Petsmore branch at Peel road but is fully booking. So we just called up Connaught branch and is available. Once we reached there the groomer say she will cut and trim the fur to make it more neat. So we agree with that, and she start to groom our baby but she keep asking us to return again after 1 hour, and we thought she nervous. So we went out the shop and walk around after 1/2 and hour i went back and saw she using an electric clipper and try to botak my dog!!! i ask here stop but is too late coz she already done it half way. We must let her continue as half of blachie body is botak. So we very angry about that. We cant even accept why i had a diferent dog now. She need to wear cloth due to her super botak fur. We ask the cashier how long the groomer had been work and she said 3 years experience. Your a professional??? you botak our dog and you blame us that we wanted you to botak her???? What the hell!!!! Is not about $ but is about the outcome result.... And the second day we went to Petaling Street and complain but the PIC just keep protecting her staff.... that's not a good way to treat your customer and blame all the things on us. The fact is you the 1 that didnt done your work properly and try to save your time as is almost knock off time!!! if you don't have the time just tell us, we understand that... but what the hell you botak her!!!!!
WARNING DO NOT BRING YOUR FUR PET TO PETSMORE AS SOME OF THEIR GROOMER IS STUBBORN OR MAYBE NON EDUCATED ON THE GROOMING METHOD!!!!
